inventory of 100w panels:


Most of my panels are the flexible 36 cell variety. measuring about 21" wide by 46" long.
They're usually "rated" 100 watts, but thats based on 1,000 w/sq meter of sun.

From what I've seen, Voc is determined by cell chemistry and current is determined by light exposire and cell
surface area, meaning voltage doesn't vary by location, so their rated 22.5v is par. But Vmpp and Imax will be
below spec by some amount, depending on latitude, time of year, sun angle, cloud cover, etc. The best I
can get here from a 100w rated panel is 76 watts, where typically my Vmpp is 14.7 volts and Impp is 5.1 amps.

I've bought quite a few of the 100w panels, and here's my attempt to keep track of them all.
